Southwest Anastasia- 1999 dark bay Caspian mare

This is the mare that REALLY caught my eye on Nan and Don Scroggins’ web page. She reminded me so much of Neffie, our original half-bred Caspian mare whose sire was *Jehan, the first Caspian Louise Firouz exported from Iran in 1966.

Anastasia’s sire is *Henden Trojan, from the well-known Henden Stud in the UK. Her mother is *Mullacot Chestnut (UK). With such gorgeous parents, Anastasia couldn’t help but be a beauty.
